The Retail Specialist will serve as a critical connector between our corporate retail operations and store teams. This role will report into the VP of Retail overseeing facilities and procurement for all retail locations managing vendor relationships and supporting new store construction and buildouts. The ideal candidate is an operational executor who is passionate about elevating the in-store experience.

About the Job

Facilities and Construction Oversight

• Lead day-to-day facilities management for all Beyond Yoga retail locations.
• Partner with Real Estate and Construction teams to manage timelines budgets and execution of new store builds and remodels.
• Sets up most cost effective utilities service channel access and tech access for new stores.

Procurement and Vendor Management

Retail Communications Learning and Enablement

Field Engagement and Process Optimization

Budget and Project Management

About You

This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City CA headquarters or Levis San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $78800 - $105000 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
