Open Availability : Be ready to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts. Physical Readiness : Comfortable performing tasks like cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps. Age Requirement : 18+ years old (AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO); 21+ years old in other states. Communication Skills : Proficient in English with basic math skills. Pre-Employment Screenings : Pass a drug test and background check. Willingness to Learn : Especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager Training is required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
About the Role :
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Run the register and provide exceptional customer service, utilizing speed and accuracy while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving store success.
- Act as the Store Manager's right-hand person when they are absent.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising to ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Cleanliness is key; maintain a spotless store, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
- Create and manage schedules to guarantee full coverage and meet business needs.
- Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store finances.
- Provide feedback and guidance that motivates your team to excel.
