(FHIR Interoperability Architect is the technical strategist and solution designer responsible for planning, governing, and overseeing interoperability solutions that comply with FHIR standards and regulatory requirements like CMS, ONC, and USCDI)

JD : :

• Mastery in FHIR related standards- FHIR core, Implementation guides, Bulk FHIR)
• Ability to map legacy data to FHIR
• API Architecture : RESTful API design, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
• Integration Patterns : ETL, event-driven, API gateway, microservices, streaming
• FHIR Server Platforms : HAPI FHIR, Microsoft Azure / GCP FHIR APIs
• Data Storage Design : SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch), hybrid data models for FHIR
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP HIPAA-compliant services.
• API Management, Containerization( Docker, Kubernetes for deploying FHIR solutions)
• Ability to develop interoperability roadmaps
• 1Understands CMS compliance
