Join Our Team as a Full-Time Receptionist
The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team of health and wellness professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
RECEPTION / PATIENT REGISTRATION
Provide information to clients about services, insurance, and general account information
Schedule client appointments
Meet and greet clients / check in and out for visits
Provide assistance as needed to providers
Receive incoming calls and relay messages to providers
Manage ROIs, HIPAA, compliance, related to patient records
Update existing client demographic and insurance information
Scan and upload documents received into client files
Respond to requests for medical records
Accept payments for services
Manage client account balances and work with clients to resolve billing issues
OFFICE MAINTENANCE
Charge security cameras
Replace lightbulbs
Collect and sort mail
Keep the office tidy and organized
5. Light cleaning
