Exciting, multi-disciplinary firm is seeking a Project Architect to manage and execute projects. You will develop creative and strategic workplace, hospitality, and tech designs while working as a project leader and interfacing with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead construction documentation in Revit / AutoCAD with little oversight.
- Lead projects and design presentations.
- Work closely with lead designer and design team to manage all project phases and keep design intent intact.
- Review shop drawings and submittals.
- Ensure project conforms to contractual agreement between firm and client.
- Prepare project schedule, design fees, project budgets, reimbursable costs, etc.
Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years technical and supervisory experience in the Commercial Interiors field
- Architectural License in California preferred
- Experience working on projects in Southern California
- Excellent experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Strong in preparation and maintenance of all revisions of architectural documents
- Experience coordinating production team in preparation of construction documents.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes
