HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Jamaica, New York.

Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location : Jamaica, NY

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform Nuclear Medicine Technology procedures in a hospital radiology diagnostic department.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality imaging studies.
  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and state / federal regulations.
  • Provide patient care across diverse populations while ensuring comfort and safety.

    • Required :

  • Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technology experience.
  • Completion of an appropriate training program for Radiologic Technologist (including Military Training).
  • Certification and registration in Nuclear Medicine by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Valid New York State DOH license as Radiology Tech with Injection.
  • Valid New York State DOH license as Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Relevant equipment experience.
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association).
