🧭 Primary Responsibilities

• Audit Program Development & Execution
• Help design and maintain the Internal and Supplier Audit Schedule.
• Conduct 1st Party (Internal) and 2nd Party (Supplier) audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and products.
• Ensure audits align with AS9100D requirements and possibly AS9110 if maintenance operations are involved.
• Corrective Action Management
• Analyze audit findings and initiate Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
• Use tools like 5 Whys, PFMEA, and other quality methodologies to resolve issues.
• Track and drive corrective actions to closure across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.
• Regulatory & Customer Audit Support
• Monitor and support external audits (e.g., FAA, customer audits).
• Ensure compliance with industry certifications like AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO9001, etc.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Report audit results to leadership, especially for Interiors (likely a business unit).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes, forms, and communications.
• AS9100 Certification from an IAQG-certified trainer.
• Strong grasp of quality tools (RCCA, 5 Why, PFMEA).
• Education / Experience :
• Bachelor’s + 3 years relevant experience, or
• Master’s + 2 years, or
• No degree + 5 years experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (likely due to defense / aerospace contracts).
