As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises, supporting a culture built on teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual circumstances.

Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Document and communicate incidents, observations, and / or issues according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors with directions and information as needed.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
