Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Participate in month-end close cycle and prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAP Assist with internal management reporting and external reporting needs Prepare financial information for audits and maintain compliance with accounting regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance; High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2+ years of accounting / finance experience Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory accounting standards Intermediate Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables Experience with accounting software, preferably Workday
