Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Salesforce Systemsto lead enterprise-level initiatives at the intersection of technology and business. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery, combined with deep expertise in full-stack development, Salesforce (end-to-end), and ServiceNow. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation strategies, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact technology solutions while maintaining the ability to be hands-on in critical technical areas when needed. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary bridge between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to define technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Champion business transformation by identifying process improvements and technology-driven efficiencies.
• Oversee requirement-gathering efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term scalability.
• Present solution strategies, prototypes, and MVPs to senior executives, driving consensus and buy-in.
• Govern project execution, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and change management.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $133,855 - $175,000 plus bonus and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
