We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound leads and swiftly closing deals in a fast-paced, transactional environment. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships and understanding client needs to drive growth for both our clients and our company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management : Take immediate ownership of qualified inbound leads, ensuring a quick understanding of each clients needs to facilitate rapid transactions.
  • Consultative Selling : Conduct efficient needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the Investorlift platform.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiation : Manage negotiations effectively to close deals quickly, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking all client interactions and sales activities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to leverage targeted campaigns that drive leads and optimize sales efforts.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for new business and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate or property investment market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles rapidly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce, with strong organizational skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets in a high-energy setting.
