Job DescriptionJob Description

Birdi Systems, Inc. (BSI) is seeking an experienced and certified CCURE Engineer to join our growing team supporting advanced access control, video management, and situational awareness solutions. You’ll play a key role in deploying and maintaining mission-critical security infrastructure across the aviation and transportation sectors — ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.

This role is open to qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States, but requires regular, extended travel to project sites in Denver, CO and Silver Spring, MD.

What You’ll Do :

• Configure, program, and support CCURE 9000 systems (inputs, outputs, doors, schedules, and events).
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation for installations and troubleshooting.
• Perform quality control on Intelligent Door Controller (IDC) enclosures and document each QC step.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for access control and video systems.
• Inspect subcontractor work for code and compliance adherence.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and engineers.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
• Document activities through detailed technical and field reports.
