About Our Exciting Career Opportunity

As our Chief Lending Officer (CLO), you will be a critical member of our executive team with a seat at the table where all-important decisions are made. You will have a supportive Board of Directors, CEO and executive peers. We work in a collaborative executive environment where you can participate in areas such as asset / liability management and strategic planning. Our CLO is responsible for leading our loan strategy and maximizing the profitability, productivity, underwriting, delivery and member service of the Credit Union's loan products through effective usage of varied delivery channels including Direct, Indirect, and digital solutions for all loan products. This includes consumer, mortgage and business lending. The Chief Lending Officer is viewed as someone who educates our team and shares their knowledge and experience.

Note : The expectation is that members of our Executive Team are in the office two days / week.

Required Qualifications

This position requires a BA degree in Business or related field, as well as a minimum of five years of executive experience with a financial institution and a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in consumer, mortgage and business lending. Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and strategic planning skills and be able to help lead the credit union through business growth as well as through disruption and change. Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and human relation skills as well as the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
