Java Developer - Microservices Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Backend Developer to support one of our top clients. This person is going to be focused on supporting the Pricing application for Service Channels. This person will be working with micro-services with Spring boot. They will be joining a team, agile based, 2 week sprints. They will receive tickets in Jira and support as tickets come through. This person should be strong with Java and have experience with Hibernate. This person will be working alongside other developers to support system-integration and optimize application performance. This person will be onsite for first two weeks then can be remote. They will want this person to come onsite for the bi-weekly sprint (1 day). This role is roughly 60-75hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of software development
• Strong experience with micro-service deployment (Must be in Spring boot)
• Strong experience with Java
• Experience with Hibernate
• Bachelors degree
