We are seeking an experienced, highly-skilled, and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with experience in various techniques and tools used in the automotive industry. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards before returning to the customer.

• Responsibilities
• Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
• Utilize MIG welding techniques for structural repairs and fabrication tasks.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance and detailing to ensure optimal performance and appearance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing.
• Execute auto painting with precision, ensuring a smooth finish that meets customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop repair plans through auto estimating.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's status.
• Qualifications
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Auto Body Technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and restoration.
• Proficiency in using various tools such as welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Familiarity with sheet metal work, soldering techniques, and assembly processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and installations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
