Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Tuba City,, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

📄 Contract Length : 13 weeks

💉 COVID & Flu Exemptions : Accepted with declination form

Licensure & Requirements

✅ RN license from any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico accepted

🩺 BLS certification (AHA) required and must be maintained

🎓 ADN required; BSN must be obtained within 2 years of hire

🧪 Fingerprinting clearance required before start

🌍 Must have 1 year of travel nurse experience

Experience & Skills

🧑‍⚕️ 3 years clinical nursing experience, with 2 years in inpatient settings (Med-Surg, ICU, PACU, etc.) or home health

📋 Strong knowledge of case management, utilization review, PRC (Contract Health Services)

💻 Familiarity with electronic health record systems

🤝 Experience working with culturally diverse, low-income populations facing barriers like substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health challenges
