Location : 100 Plaza Place, Ste 300 , Northlake, TX 76226

Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? PostNet in Northlake is seeking a full-time team member who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and supporting local businesses.

Schedule :

This is a full-time position with rotating shifts Monday through Saturday , averaging 32 to 40 hours per week .

What Were Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong service mindset who can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education : Associates degree or higher (preferred)
  • Experience : 24 years in sales or customer service roles
  • License : Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions
  • Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

    • What Success Looks Like

  • You're on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift
  • You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
  • You communicate clearly and professionallywhether its in person, over the phone, or by email
  • You take initiative, follow through, and thrive in a team environment
