What you will tackle

• Build and run HVAC test setups per documented procedures and engineering guidance.
• Conduct unit and component tests for performance, reliability, and safety.
• Apply electrical troubleshooting and wiring fundamentals to support test execution and upkeep.
• Maintain and calibrate sensors, DAQ, and test benches to ensure trustworthy results.
• Log, analyze, and communicate findings in strict alignment with lab standards.
• Follow safety, quality, and procedural requirements without deviation.
• Assist with fault isolation on units under test and lab equipment.
• Keep the lab organized, safe, and inspection-ready.
• Drive continuous improvement for fixtures, process documentation, and workflow.
• Partner closely with engineering and quality to validate designs and maintain test integrity.
• Deliver actionable feedback and data to factory and field teams to enhance product reliability.

Compensation : This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 - $62,000

annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography / market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Role is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Company’s applicable plan.

Subject to eligibility, benefits include : tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short‑term disability; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; and life and long‑term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire and eligibility, new employees may receive up to : 12 days paid time off , 2 paid well‑being days , 1 paid volunteer day , 12 paid holidays , and 3 floating holidays annually.
