Construction Superintendent

This subcontractor is seeking a superintendent to join their team on a full time basis. This role requires you to serve as the leader onsite for all installers and field employees for specific assigned projects. You will monitor projects from planning to completion, overseeing tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management. Manage multiple carpenters across various jobsites and assist with toolbelt work when necessary. Adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards is crucial to ensure the safety and security of the construction site. Commercial building projects : hospitals, hotels, schools, restaurants, and large buildings.

Hours : 1st, 40-50 hour work week

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
