Responsibilities
Customer Service & Counter
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries.
- Accurately identify and source parts using John Deere systems, catalogs, and schematics.
- Process sales transactions, special orders, returns, and warranty claims.
- Recommend alternatives or solutions when requested parts are unavailable.
Warehouse & Inventory
Pull, stage, and package parts for customers, field delivery, and service work orders.Receive, check in, and stock incoming shipments of parts.Maintain an organized warehouse with clear labeling and stocking systems.Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory as needed.Administrative & Operations
Enter purchase orders and returns into the dealership system.Track backorders and provide updates to customers and staff.Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.Ensure parts pricing accuracy and compliance with dealership standards.Teamwork & General Support
