• Lead complex due diligence projects and write due diligence reports
• Collaborate with : Producers, Client Service and Mergers and Acquisitions Team Members, Investment Bankers and Private Equity Firms, Client Companies, and Reciprocal Insurers.
• Investigate and develop solutions to transaction problems and issues.
• Prepare and review deal documents.
• Analyze Tax Structuring.
• Provide "expert" support for : The preparation of submissions and indication summaries; The placement and underwriting process; Negotiations; Clients, Brokers and Producers throughout underwriting process and closings.
