Job descriptionHome Weekly & 34-Hour Reset : Enjoy predictable home time every week with a 34-hour reset perfect for work-life balance. No Slip Seating : Experience a streamlined process with loads that are planned for you, reducing last-minute hassles. Option for OTR Drivers : Prefer long-haul routes? Ask about our OTR opportunities that keep you on the road while still maintaining periodic home time. Mileage Pay : Earn up to $.60 per mile for 2,450 miles per week averaging around $1,470 weekly. Bonus Potential : Drivers surpassing 2,851 miles per week earn $.65 per mile, taking weekly earnings to an estimated $1,853. Minimum Guarantee : Secure a minimum guarantee of $1,200 weekly by following our planned load schedule with no late pickups or deliveries. Annual Earnings : With consistent mileage and bonus opportunities, annual earnings typically range between $80,000 and $100,000. Comprehensive Insurance Options : Access Dental, Life, Medical, Vision, and Short Term Disability benefits. Structured Orientation : Participate in paid orientation sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. Modern Equipment : Drive a manual 10-speed truck, ensuring reliability and performance. Planned Loads : Enjoy a work environment that values planning loads are scheduled by our Fleet Manager to optimize your time and route efficiency. Flexible Start : Ready to hit the road on your own terms? Transition into OTR pay without sacrificing home time for 2-3 weeks. Must be registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Commitment to follow planned load schedules with no late pickups or deliveries. Availability to work up to 70 hours (HOS) per week to qualify for the minimum pay guarantee.
