Our Gastroenterology team consists of nine intellectually curious and well-trained physicians (five general GI, two therapeutic GI, one hepatologist, one motility specialist) and six advanced practice providers. We are a Silver Award winner of the AMAs Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout.1st Year Salary Range : $544,000-$586,000.Position Overview : Outpatient only with no call.Clinic hours : MondayFriday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.Approximately 60% procedures and 40% clinic visits, with 14-16 procedures per day.Multispecialty clinic with more than 100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians.Medicare approved ambulatory surgery center on site.Epic electronic medical record.Work / Life Balance and Benefits : First-year salary guarantee is based on MGMA / AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two.
