Remote Customer Service Rep - Mon-Fri Schedule!!

Hours of operation : Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm EST - Must be able to work ANY 8 hour shift during this window.

• 2 weeks of training from 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm EST
• Duration : 3-month contract.
• Some top performers will be converted to permanent positions!

• Description :
• Handling inbound / outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
• A majority of the calls are to / from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.

• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
• PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
• Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Springfield, IL.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50 / hr.
