We're looking for a Construction Superintendent / Site Manager to oversee deck and outdoor living projects with our team. You'll coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and compliance, perform detailed quality inspections, and serve as the key point of contact for clients on-site.

What you'll do :
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow
- Perform quality inspections to ensure projects meet our standards
- Maintain safety and compliance on every project
- Provide clients with regular updates and confidence in the process
- Use simple digital tools (cell phone, CompanyCam for photos, JobTread for notes / updates)

Compensation
$42 - $46 yearly
Responsibilities
Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible qualityMinimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occurCertify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments dailyQualifications
At least 5 years of previous experience as a general contractor required, preferably with some additional managerial experienceSuperb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skillsCompleted training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-siteIn-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principlesYou will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor's degree isAbout Company
