We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team, focusing on the refurbishing and cleaning of aluminum formwork. This role involves using hammers to remove excess cement, performing quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, and bundling and loading forms onto trucks.

Responsibilities :

• Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.
• Use hammers to knock off excess cement.
• Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.
• Spray paint aluminum forms.
• Bundle and load forms onto trucks.

Work Environment :

Work in a small company with 35 individuals, where you may move between departments as needed. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, and t-shirts, with cut-off t-shirts not permitted. You will work a 1st shift schedule from 6am to 4 : 30pm.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
