Office Manager / Accounting Clerk
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls. They should possess a friendly demeanor to effectively interact with office visitors and staff.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate inbound and outbound telephone calls, and mail
- Scheduling meetings and interviews
- General office duties for support of team
- Keep track of client status / projects
Qualifications :
Friendly, positive, upbeat demeanor with clients and team membersCommunicate effectively with clients and staff both written and orallyExperience with administrative and clerical workProficiency in MicrosoftConsistent, professional dress and demeanorSelf-reliant, organized, with ability to manage tasks and deadlinesExcellent time management skills with an emphasis on multitaskingBookkeeping, accounting or payroll experience a plusAbility to follow directions and self-direct while performing to a high standardPosition : Full-time On-Site Shift Window 8 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Monday through Friday
