Job Description

Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale, P.C. has an opening for a full-time PARALEGAL in their Uptown Albuquerque office. Experience in guardianships / conservatorships a plus.

IN OFFICE ONLY – NOT AVAILABLE FOR REMOTE WORK

Duties / Responsibilities include :

Document and case management

Drafting of pleadings, correspondence and related documents

Maintaining and monitoring docketing calendars

Extensive communication with clients, court personnel, and attorneys both verbally and in writing

Required Skills / Abilities :

Law firm experience

Paralegal degree / certificate

Ability to multi-task

Strong litigation support skills

Familiarity with Odyssey and SOPA / ResearchNM

Highly organized and detailed oriented

Knowledge of State Court rules and filing procedures

Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines

Exceptional computer skills and extremely proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Experience with Caret Legal software a plus
