IAM Metrics & OCM Analyst (12-Month Contract)

Location : Orlando, FL (preferred) | Also open to Burbank, CA or Seattle, WA

Schedule : Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fri

Rate : $93.10 / hr

Must be a US citizen or Greencard holder, and we cannot work with third-party agencies

Overview :

We’re seeking a metrics-driven and change-focused analyst to support the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. This role blends data analytics, reporting, and organizational change management (OCM) to enhance operational transparency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is analytical yet people-oriented—able to build a metrics framework from scratch while driving adoption and alignment across a complex organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement a metrics and OKR framework to measure IAM performance and value.
Develop and publish monthly reports and dashboards using Excel, Confluence, and data visualization tools.
Translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.
Lead and execute OCM strategies , including communication, engagement, and readiness plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support adoption of IAM initiatives and ensure consistent change practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years combining analytics / reporting and organizational change management .

Proficiency with Excel and Confluence .

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments and building new frameworks from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Business Analytics or Organizational Development.

Experience in Identity & Access Management , IT transformation, or cybersecurity.

Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
