Responsibilities :

• Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service that enhances their dining experience and encourages repeat visits.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations based on knowledge of our diverse menu and wine list.
• Multitask efficiently to ensure prompt delivery of orders, while also maintaining a friendly demeanor, even during peak dining hours.
• Handle payments, ensuring accurate processing of cash or card transactions.
• Cooperate with team members to create a smooth, seamless dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
