- Support the launch and expansion of our new Fresh and Commercial divisions

Compensation :
$40,000 - $55,000 base + bonus
Responsibilities :
Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpressRecruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendantsFocus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellenceMonitor and predict operational patterns and analysisCreate procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Houston, TX districtGuide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Houston, TX districtEncourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedbackLead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organizationManage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hoursImplement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuouslyQualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this positionPrevious experience in operations or related fields is essentialThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food serviceDemonstrated leadership and development qualities are a mustProblem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this roleKnowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessaryProficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is requiredThe ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is essential for providing leadership and directionAbout Company
