Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and argue motions
• Develop case strategies and advise clients regarding litigation risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and clients to deliver high-quality legal representation

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
