Sycamore Independent Senior Living Community is looking for an energetic Maintenance Director who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and upkeep within the community. This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of the physical environment for senior residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standard and collaborate with other departments to provide a high quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities :

1. Maintenance Oversight :

• Coordinate and perform routine inspections of facilities, identifying areas that require repairs or improvements.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving issues in a timely manner, and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
