Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager / Project Executive will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, high-density computing projects—spanning preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, and final commissioning. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex technical scopes, cultivating client relationships, and mentoring project teams to deliver mission-critical facilities that power the future of AI and supercomputing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of supercomputer and AI-driven data center build-outs in Hillsboro and other key markets, ensuring schedule and cost control.
- Drive coordination across engineering teams, vendors, and trade partners to deliver advanced mechanical, electrical, and critical power systems.
- Manage client communications, contract negotiations, change orders, and project risk with transparency and precision.
- Lead project teams through design reviews, permitting, procurement, and construction while maintaining best-in-class safety practices.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, developing next-generation leaders in mission-critical construction.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for continued growth within the AI / data center market.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive project management experience in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech construction; experience with supercomputing or GPU / AI infrastructure highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven success managing large-scale, complex electrical / mechanical projects.Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; estimating or project management software (e.g., Accubid) preferred.OSHA 30 certification and CPR training preferred; PE license a plus.What’s Offered
