Job descriptionFive years of in-depth experience with BMS controls. South Carolina Journeyman heating and A / C certification or equivalent. Certificate of training in air conditioning. Associate's degree in HVAC Must be able to make decisions clearly and quickly. Must be able to withstand many hours of standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, and moving equipment. Manual dexterity, good eye-to-hand coordination, and adequate vision. Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be able to work as a team member with peers and other departments. Must be able to cope with agitated, hostile customers and respond calmly. Performs analytical diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment. Performs mechanical repair in a workmanlike manner using correct tools and procedures Performs planned maintenance on all mechanical equipment Sign-On Bonus Available for Eligible Roles / Experience! Job Description : Position Summary :
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and proper operation of the hospital, refrigeration, air conditioning, evaporative cooling, mechanical ventilation, and ice-making equipment, including control work and computer design of the air conditioning system.
