Tuesday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Saturday : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Days Off : Sunday & Monday

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join the team at a well-established residential property in Waikiki . This is a full-time role with a consistent schedule, professional team environment, and the chance to contribute to a building that hundreds of residents call home.

Job Overview : What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the building. Your focus will be on keeping the property safe, clean, and fully operational by performing basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the building.

Core Responsibilities Include :

Performing minor repairs such as painting, light plumbing, patchwork, and small carpentry jobs

Cleaning and maintaining common areas using proper tools and equipment (buffers, vacuums, etc.)

Assisting with unit turnovers, hallway upkeep, light landscaping, and touch-ups

Following daily task lists provided by the lead maintenance technician or building management

Maintaining safe and organized workspaces at all times

Reporting hazards, safety issues, and any building-related concerns to management immediately

Ensuring that all work is done to high quality and safety standards

Supporting other staff and departments as needed

This is a physical role that keeps you active and moving. You won't be stuck behind a desk - you'll be trusted to manage your own list of tasks and complete your work with professionalism and pride.

What We're Looking For :

Someone reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

Basic experience with tools, repairs, cleaning equipment, and general maintenance

The ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision

A team player who communicates well with management, staff, and residents

Physically able to lift, carry, and operate maintenance tools and equipment

Willing to follow building rules and contribute to a respectful work culture

Preferred (but Not Required) :

Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, facilities, or property maintenance

Certifications such as CPO, OSHA, or related trades training

Experience using maintenance logs or daily task management systems

Customer service or resident-facing work experience
