We are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee the efficient operation and administration of a Henderson-based financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Promote superior customer service and reinforce service culture.
• Manage daily branch operations including approvals and oversight.
• Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure budget compliance.
• Review and act on reports including NSF and overdraft reports.
• Implement policy and procedure changes and conduct staff training.
• Participate in special projects and prepare reports as needed.
• Conduct personnel actions including appraisals and interviews.
• Maintain branch appearance and recommend improvements.
