Job description

Job Title : HRSD Analyst

Location : San Francisco, CA / San Jose, CA / New York / New Jersey

Duration : 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Architect ServiceNow HRSD and Source to Pay solutions based on client requirements
  • Convert business needs into detailed user stories for development teams
  • Collaborate with team to oversee implementation and ensure quality delivery
  • Facilitate client workshops and design sessions to align on solution approach
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities

Requirements :

  • 4-5 years of hands-on HRSD implementation experience, including ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and ServiceNow modules
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in writing user stories and managing agile delivery workflows
  • Candidates must be located in SF / SJ or NY / NJ , with occasional onsite travel required . The first week of the project is mandatory onsite .
