At Berkshire eSupply, the role of a Warehouse Team Member involves managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for pulling products for orders, moving inventory to designated areas for delivery or shipping, and loading and securing products for transport. Additionally, you'll be tasked with organizing and stocking inventory in specific areas of the warehouse. It's critical that you maintain a clean and safe environment at all times, following all relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a hard-working, reliable team player who can follow instructions and work effectively alongside others. The most successful Warehouse Team Members are eager to learn and take on new challenges, and they're willing to take ownership of their work while sharing their knowledge with others to help create a more productive work environment. This position is a key contributor to the growth of Berkshire eSupply, and it requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in order to make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.

This position is based in our Novi, MI facility, so only candidates residing in the Metro Detroit area will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
