What You'll Build (Responsibilities)

  • Work with Design Team to deliver quality design and construction documents.
  • Work closely with team members and assist to complete projects on aggressive schedules by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints.
  • Generate revisions and corrections from outline mock-ups, redlined drawings and project document sets.
  • Implement drawing modification procedures and prepare drawings accordingly.
  • Fosters collaboration between offices and team members while promoting design vision.
  • Assist project team with preparation of internal / external presentations.
  • Communicates regularly with project team on assignment status.
  • Work with the project manager and project architect to help develop project concepts (either independently or as part of a group).

Skills You'll Nail (Requirements)

  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
  • Positive team player with strong work ethic.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent time-management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables.
  • Strong technical knowledge and design aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
  • Blueprint Bonus Skills (What Sets You Apart)

    Education : Working towards a degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Design

    Experience : Prior internship / Co-op experience is a plus
