Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.

Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals.

Adjust to floating between units as needed, maintaining high standards of care across all areas.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and patient care standards.

What You Bring :

Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with the ability to adapt quickly across different units.

Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and handle call duties as required.

Compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, addressing unexpected situations calmly and effectively.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of recent L&D nursing experience in acute care settings.

Experience working in rural or mountain hospital environments is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :

Weekly taxable pay of $2,517.80, with a weekly stipend of $1,878.48.
