Technical Project Manager

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing one or more Task Orders, providing both strategic and tactical oversight to ensure successful delivery of technical products and services. This role includes full lifecycle project management responsibilities such as planning, integration, execution, and performance tracking across all elements of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The Technical Project Manager ensures that all efforts remain within cost, schedule, and performance parameters and is accountable for supervising multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. Aviation-related experience is highly valued.

Required Qualifications / Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in a specialty relevant to the task area being managed
• 1-20 years of experience in project or task order management
• Experience in managing, planning, integrating, and implementing complex systems or equipment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise the work of subordinate personnel
• Proven ability to manage technical performance, cost, and schedule across multiple task orders
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
