As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure atmosphere.

Document and report all security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance concerns according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Work collaboratively with on-site staff and emergency personnel as needed to support a secure healthcare environment.

Remain alert and observant to changes in the environment, reporting any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related issues encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
