Job description

This Sr. Information Technology Analyst role is responsible for providing tiers 3 and 4 support, overseeing the technological needs of 8 manufacturing plants, 5 service center warehouses, and sales offices across the US.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and / or 6+ years of IT experience, with experience maintaining VMware virtual computer and server environments, managing active directory, and working in both cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Designing, installing, and implementing network infrastructure for various projects
  • Managing Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Email systems, Azure / Entra AD, Sharepoint, Teams, and Office
  • Configuring, installing & troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst series & HP Aruba series network switches
  • Providing daily maintenance for end-user PCs, physical & virtual servers, networks, phone systems, and more

Other duties will include :

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Dell Poweredge servers and Dell Equalogic SANs
  • Maintaining VMware virtual computer and server environments
  • Administering server & PC security with Symantec antivirus hybrid and Cisco Meraki Device Management
  • Configuring and maintaining surveillance security camera systems

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree and / or 6+ years of IT experience
  • Experience with password flips, network issues, email set up in Azure
  • Experience working in both a cloud and on-prem environment

    • The company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr.
