Job Description :

Experienced Service Technician to repair, service, maintain, and troubleshoot OEM stainless steel equipment for the food processing industry, while building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers that reflect our core values at Reyco Systems Inc.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform service and maintenance and provide customer support to new and existing customer equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting to find root cause of customer issues with equipment.
• Supporting the customer with a solution for repair and maintenance.
• Filling out detailed reports for records and customers.
• Educating customers with use and maintenance of Reyco Equipment.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet Deadlines and adjust to changing circumstances in relation to deadlines.
• Work Flexible hours and around changing schedules.
• Coordinate work efforts with Reyco management and customers.
• Work Independently and lead 14-man crews.
• Maintain tools and equipment required for the job.
