JOB OVERVIEW Job Title : Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB / GYN) Job Type : Permanent (Full-Time) Location : Mountain Home, AR Service Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Shift Schedule : Standard clinic hours On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 : 3 call rotation Call Type : Shared hospital call FACILITY INFORMATION Onsite Equipment : - 3 Ultrasound Machines - Non-Stress Test (NST) - Colposcope OB Department : - 2024 Deliveries : 650 - Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians - 24 / 7 Anesthesia Coverage Surgical Technology : Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems TEAM INFORMATION Current Team : 2 OB / GYN physicians on staff PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : TBD COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary : Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity Bonuses : Commencement bonus included Relocation : Assistance provided Education Stipend : Available, if applicable Loan Repayment : - Eligible for Arkansas Community Match Rural Practice Incentive (if eligible) - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance : - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance - Professional Liability Insurance Retirement Plan : Included Paid Time Off : - 27 Days PTO - 5 Days CME - CME Allowance included JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Other Qualifications : - Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach - Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive OB / GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries Participate in 1 : 3 shared hospital call Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
