This facility is looking for coverage October ongoing

The stints the facility has a need for currently are below :

Oct 7 7am to Oct 14 7am

Oct 21 7am to Oct 28 7am

Nov 4 7am to Nov 15 7am

Nov 25 7am to Dec 9 7am

Dec 16 7am to Jan 1 7am

Minimum Length of Assignment : The physician must be able to work at least two of the stints needed by the facility to be considered for this assignment. Preference will go to providers who can work the most stints needed.

Schedule : Monday-Sunday 8 : 00am-4 : 30 pm

Night call every night

The physician will technically be on 24 hour call , but onsite 8 : 00-4 : 30 each day

8 hours of onsite coverage per day

16 hours of unrestricted call each day

The physician may need to come into hospital while on call, 7a-7a

Inpatient only

20-22 patient encounters per day

10-12 new patients per day

2-4 procedures per day

While on call, typically need to come in 1 out of 7 nights

Required Procedures : Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)

Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy : Diagnostic, Therapeutic with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal

ERCPs are not required, but would prefer them

1 APP support staff while at facility

EMR : EPIC (must have training prior to first day, can test out if knowledgeable)

Orientation to be completed prior to first day

Privileging takes 60-90 days

Candidates must be Board Certified

$550 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee Monday through Sunday

$500 per weeknight for call Monday through Sunday

$660 per hour for any hour worked in the facility from 5pm-8a each day
