Responsibilities:

·The PM manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

·Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software,

facilities and other activities.

·Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

·Ensures the scheduling and completion of a Post Award Conference within 15 days of contract award to establish firm dates for the Contract Deliverable Requirements List.

·Meets weekly with the government to discuss activities, identify resource issues, and clarify priorities.

·Provides monthly status reports, monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the TO.

·Within the monthly status report, the Contractor shall

provide the following information: sub-tasks worked, hours expended by labor category and costs by labor category.

·The Contractor will document its accounting procedures for tracking labor hours.

·Prepares a Plan of Accomplishment that will address any changes made at the time and serve as the vehicle for establishing firm dates for incremental deliverables.

Required qualifications/skills:

·A minimum of 12 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a master’s degree

·A minimum of 17 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree

·Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.

·Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Active PMP Certification, highly desired

Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly
