Responsibilities

• Manage projects working closely with Sr. Estimator
• Create material lists and fixture lists
• Quote materials
• Order materials
• Request Submittals
• Budget materials, labor and equipment
• Estimate and send change orders
• Manage job schedules
• Organize project hard folders and computer folders
• Set up projects through email
• Attend job site meetings
• As-built drawings / closeout docs
• Collaborate with project coordinator and field Superintendent
