Sales Account Manager

Position Summary :

Sunrise Sanitation is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to grow and support our customer base across multiple service lines - including sanitation (residential, commercial, and industrial), shredding, tire recycling, and traditional recycling services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, finding new business opportunities, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in expanding Sunrise's reach by connecting with local businesses, construction companies, property managers, and municipalities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across all service lines.
• Build relationships with local construction companies, property managers (for residential business lines), and municipalities to develop long-term contracts and partnerships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and site visits with existing customers to address needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on community outreach, campaigns, and promotions to grow brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Educate businesses about recycling programs and sustainability benefits, positioning Sunrise as a trusted environmental partner.
• Share market insights with leadership - including customer feedback, common objections, competitive trends, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
• Track and report on sales activity, customer interactions, and account performance.
• Represent Sunrise Sanitation in the community as a trusted partner for local businesses.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position, scheduled from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Monday through Friday.
